Based on the Big Red Book of ACoA, this meeting will focus on understanding the specific behavior and attitude patterns we developed while growing up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional environment.

Membership Barbecue – August 8th

August 8th, annual Membership BBQ was a HUGE SUCCESS.
Thanks especially to Mareen for her generosity and gracious hospitality, and thanks to Nancy, Michael C and Rod for their hard work on the mugs.   Thanks to Rick for spearheading, and thanks to everyone who helped, brought food, cleaned up, bought tickets and anything else.
